The Beaulieu Abbey Cross

A simple yet powerful cross made out of Beaulieu oak from an old Memorial cross which was donated by one soldier’s family in 1917. Painted in Cistercian Red and gilded. The actual hanging of the cross was equally exciting and tense with a small congregation looking on! As requested, installed in time for Remembrance Sunday and all went well; an unforgettable day. This was a very individual commission and James welcomes enquiries of a similar nature.
